PASTOR MARC DIXON II

Founder and Sr. Pastor of Rise Int'l Ministries is the eldest of 6 siblings.  Born and raised in Chicago. Marc grew up as a Pastors Kid(PK), As his father Marc Dixon Sr. was the Founder/Sr. Pastor of the New Hope C.O.G.I.C. This is where his desire for music was birth. This passion allowed him to become a gifted musician being fluent in 3 main instruments: drums, keyboards, and bass guitar. 

Marc was first called to ministry in 2010 under the leadership of Bishop Gregory Dillard, where he was first licensed and ordained as a Minister of the Gospel by Bishop  G.Dillard and the late Bishop J. Delano Ellis. During his tenure under that leadership, he was over the youth and men’s department, as well as the music director. Until later when God moved him to be called to become a licensed and ordained Elder under the leadership of Apostle C.L. Gidron sr., where he served as Elder and youth pastor.  God has taken Marc higher in him, as he was Installed & licensed as the Executive Pastor of Elevate Ministries, But God wasn't done, just a year later God seen fit, through the eyes of the bishop to Install Marc as The Pastor of Elevate Church. 

Serving faithfully for several years, the time had come for Marc to plant his own ministry.  In june 2025 until God blessed and gave Marc provision to plant and found what is now known as Rise Church International Ministries in Chicago. A growing ministry that is full of Gods glory. In December 2025 Pastor Marc was appointed State Evangelist of Illinois Southwest Jurisdiction COGIC under the Presiding Prelate Bishop Eugene Fears Jr. , As well as in December 2025 Marc was commissioned as a prophet in the Lord's church through Zaquan prophetic school  and CFOBI ministry.

He is currently pursuing degrees in Pastoral Care and Biblical Theology and currently obtains Diplomas in Mental Health Coaching and Behavioral Health Coaching and which is also Board Certificated.

 He currently also works as a Full-Time Office Medical Coordinator (IM) Medical Practitioner, as well as he is certified personal trainer /rehabilitation specialist and Fitness and Nutrition Specialist, philanthropist, and clothing brand CEO. 

Pastor Marc is the MCI Global Mission International Ambassador Midwest for MCI Nigeria/USA. He and his church have also made Great impact in the community by becoming a certified and government funded Addiction and Mental Health Hub for people who deal with many addictions which include drug rehabilitation, which helps them recover.

Marc , Though throughout this journey  his life has took his ups and downs , lefts and rights Marc still found himself doing what God called him to do that was embedded and prophesied to him at an early age. And now his life can be a testimony and testament on staying the course and answering the call. He deems his life by the quote “I AM THE PROOF”!
